Application for the Company History Museum
«Sibagro», formerly «Siberian Agrarian Group», is a company specializing in the industrial production of pork and chicken meat. In 2020, they began to develop a museum of the company’s history. The company hired me in 2021 after a year with another company and a dead end. I was hired to redesign the interactive wall's installation and redistribute the control for it on the tablet.

The application tested on the computer. Nine out of 10 users could easily complete the test tasks. The filter system is much simpler.
Because the project had to be reworked, I built the process so that it was user-oriented.
The first phase of the project was technical. It was necessary to understand the technical limitations of the application and how applications of this type were usually developed. And understand users' problems with the old design.

Simplification of IA and website design

The brand of the company NICOR - Panda Surgery founded in 2015. The company is a supplier of medical equipment for veterinary clinics. The company hired me in 2020 to redesign an existing site, as the previous site had no customer requests for equipment.
The structure of the site was difficult and it was difficult to get to a certain merchandise position, which led to a decrease in sales.

Products on the site became available in 3 steps.

There was no opportunity to conduct researchers on users in this case. And I focused on simplifying the information architecture of the site.


I was able to talk to the managers of the company to find out the main problem sthat had arisen among buyers earlier. I studied the customer’s product chain and ran a competitive analysis.

Mobile application for cinema users

RESRV is a new mobile application for selecting tickets in the city’s movie theaters and choosing the right movie to go to.
— Too long registration of bank details caused users to stop reserving cinema seats.
— There was no rating and filtering system for movies to go to.

Filter by IMDb rating and by genre so that users can choose what really suits them. Binding payment systems and card data scanner, for quick data completion.

The app tested on the computer. Four out of five users coped with the test tasks without problems. The filter system significantly simplified. The method of payment was simple.

Since there was no application at the time of development, development began with a study of the user experience of such applications.
Most customers of such services complained that they could not pick up movies by independent rating before going to the cinema. And that the process of registration of the card delayed because it was necessary to enter manually the data of the cards.

I took the knowledge gained from the user experience in the app and started looking for ways to solve the problem.
The prototype was tested on 5 different users. The main problems were when choosing a date, as users did not understand at what point they should do it, before pressing the button or after. So in the prototype, I removed the extra date field from the movie card.

Conference site in EAEU countries
In the short term, develop and launch a site for registering participants for the conference. Make quick access to the program of the event, to the address of the venue, as well as quick access to information about the speakers, as it was a key factor for many conference participants to leave the application. An important point for the customer was the information about the conference organizers.
In the course of the task, the site architecture was developed so that key elements related to location, program and speakers were available on the first screen. Also in the course of the work a competitive analysis was carried out, from which it became clear that it was necessary to separate the section «ORGANIZERS». Research was conducted on companies that also invite to events. During the course of the work the following information architecture emerged
